The rates shown below are based on 2 people in a private room with use of a queen bed, tv/video/dvd and include all communal facilies. The prices herein are an indication only and are subject to change depending on the season (low/high), the number of guests, length of stay and any extra treats. Room only rate shown but a cooked or lite breakfast is available on request for an additional cost.

Grab a bunch of friends and ask about spoiling yourselves with a ‘whole house’ booking, perfect for 8-12. Group bookings can request optional extras such as in-house dining, private musician, private wine tasting, bus tour of wineries and local HOT SPOTS.

We will provide a single night in the standard ensuite room or twin room if available. Deluxe balcony and spa rooms are usually minimum of two nights. Occassionally we offer last minute VIP rates.

BOOKING TERMS
Credit card details or payment via cheque, money order or direct deposit may be taken to secure your booking. 100% fee will apply for all cancellations if 65 Main is not able to rebook the room…. 65 Main is a small business operation and what may seem like a simple cancellation actually impacts the income of our family/crew. Therefore it is important that you only place your booking if you are certain about the terms and definiately wish to proceed. Further clarification may be provided on request, you are invited to discuss further with Christine in need.
100% refund is available if a room is rebooked after a cancellation. Refunds will not be provided to guests who do not give adequate cancellation notice to enable rebooking, nor will refunds be provided to guests who fail to communicate of any grievences during their stay.

65 Main is no ordinary accommodation. The uniqueness of this property is that in addition to comfortable beds and a delicious optional breakfast your host puts a lot of effort in treating guests like ‘friends who are visiting from out of town’ so you will expect to receive tips on the best places for massage, latte, dining and offer VIP tailored packages to suit the needs & budget of all.

If you have any specific requirements please make this clear at the time of enquiry/booking. It is important that you communicate straight away with your host if your holiday does not meet your expectations so that she can provide assistance. Its also essential that you dont make unrealistic assumptions, always qualify your requirements so that you and the host are always smiling.
