DAY 3 :
- day tour of local sites (with group or self drive) – historic guided walk through Hepburn Springs – cafe style cooked brekki – straw bale chocolate factory tour – jam factory tour – charming Lavender farm – lunch at convent gallery or winery or trout farm with lunch
